General Information

Get your team ready and join one of Minnesota Rush’s High School Indoor Leagues this winter (7v7)!
This is a great opportunity to play competitive soccer through the long winter months. All games are refereed by certified referees. Each game is 50min in length- 2 25min halves. For complete details for both leagues please look below.


** This is a non boarded league- it will be played on our new indoor field**

Session I

  • Game Times
  • Sundays- 800am-500pm
  • Teams will rotate times each week
  • Session Dates
  • October 27th- December 22nd
  • No Game on December 1st
  • 7v7 League- this is played with 6 field players and 1 keeper
  • Non Boarded Field
  • Upper division should consist of older players- younger teams can enter this league, but they must we aware that they will be playing older teams
  • Lower division should consist of younger teams- please do not enter this league if more then half of your team is made up of juniors or seniors.

  • No Games March 30th (Rochester Spring Break).

  • Upper division should consist of older players- younger teams can enter this league, but they must we aware that they will be playing older teams
  • Lower division should consist of younger teams- please do not enter this league if more then half of your team is made up of juniors or seniors.
