ADULT 5V5 WINTER LEAGUES

General Information

Minnesota Rush is proud to offer 5 -a-side soccer for the upcoming 2023-24 indoor season. This fast paced game has four field players and 1 keeper. The goals are 4ft high by 12 feet long, with the field being 90ft long x 75ft wide. 5- a- side is just a smaller version of the world’s great game that allows more individual ball time and continuous play at a fast and exciting pace. Suitable and challenging for the most experienced player, yet just as fun for the beginner.

Over 35 League

Form a team or register as an individual.  Individual's will form "House Teams" - the first 7 players will be grouped together to form a team- players must be committed- please do not sign up if you can not commit to making most of the games. Our Over-35 League is not for the players that simply want to blast shots, it is for our crowd that checks their ego at the door and comes out to have some fun. We don't want players taking this too seriously- please do not sign up if you can not play at a laid back speed!
