Winter Training
Minnesota Rush Winona is proud to offer winter training opportunities for our players . This is a great way to get some touches on the ball during the long winter months. Our dedicated staff will help guide your son / daughter with age appropriate sessions, progressing them each week. Space will be limited so do not delay in signing up. Program Highlights
The primary focus of each season will be on improving individual player technical abilities. Players can expect hundreds of touches on the ball each session focused on passing, receiving, finishing, playing at speed, and much more.
The program is for the player that is looking to improve his or her skills and comes to each session focused and ready to get at it! Please do not sign up for this program if you are not mentally focused to become better.

2nd/3rd Graders

Registration / Cost
Cost- $55 for 7 Sessions
- 45min sessions
Cost- $65 for 7 Sessions for U13/14 Players
- 1hr sessions
